Eating salads

My decision to eat salads and a bunch of salads. Maybe even two a day, has helped me learn and grow. By not gaining weight and staying at a fit weight that my legs can handle because I walk with a limp. So if I gain weight, I can potentially fall, which wouldn’t be good, but since I have a trimmer body. I can carry my weight more efficiently. So I learned and grew that if I eat salads I won’t gain weight and be healthy.

Also diabetes runs in my family so living a healthy life style can help with that too. Thank you for reading. I hope all the people on here right now have a good night.
