Yes I do incorporate play into my daily life. I play drums everyday very quietly because I live in an apartment, but playing drums is very important to me because of all my anger and pent up frustration that I feel because of the disability I have. Well, since I don’t take out frustrations on anyone, I take them out on my drum set. I sing and write lyrics too, but the drums are my main thing ,when it comes to play. Thank you for reading.
