Crunches and sit ups

In this blog, I will discuss my favorite exercises. Since, I don’t want to be a large man. I like to do crunches and sit ups and work on my stomach area. I eat pretty well so I don’t get large for the most part because of my disability, it would be hard to get around if I am large. I have a gimp, so extra pounds would not work for me. I love salads and coffee and apples so eating these foods should not get me fat.

Salad with chicken bites, romaine, purple cabbage, spinach and other goodies are awesome. Thank you for reading.

  1. You have such a healthy diet Jesse! I tip my hat to you! well done๐Ÿ‘. I like to try and eat healthily, but I don’t have many salads, although living in the UK the climate is not that warm all the time, so there is a tendency to eat hot foods. Kind regards…Jay๐Ÿ˜Š
